We are thrilled to have been officially voted in as a new team in the Maidstone Invicta Primary League!
This marks a significant milestone for Big Bear, as it opens up a pathway for our players to embark on their journeys into grassroots football. We are committed to providing every child with the chance to play and being welcomed into the league means we now have the incredible opportunity to establish teams starting from U7s and expanding in the years to come.
What is the Maidstone Invicta Primary League?
The Maidstone Invicta Primary League (MIPL) is a Kent FA-affiliated youth football league, designed for players aged Under-7 to Under-11. Focused on fun, development, and inclusivity, it brings together a wide range of local clubs for weekend matches that prioritise enjoyment over competition. The league runs seasonal competitions, cup fixtures, and finals events, helping young players build confidence, skills, and a genuine love for the game.

Ready for the 25-26 season
Our very first Under-7s team has already begun training at our home ground in Boughton Monchelsea, and they’ll be taking part in a series of summer tournaments and friendly matches as they prepare for the 2025–26 season. They’re already wearing the pink Big Bear shirt with pride, and it’s fantastic to see how they’re coming together as a team and enjoying every moment out on the pitch.
