Our inclusive football school welcomes participants of all ages and abilities – whether you’re a complete beginner or have played at an elite level. We understand that every player learns at their own pace, and we believe that mistakes are an essential part of the learning process, and we create a comfortable and safe space where players can explore, experiment, and grow without fear.

What do we focus on?

At Big Bear, we are proud to offer UEFA-led coaching that emphasises comprehensive player development. Our approach focuses on building confidence and nurturing technical skills, while also enhancing fitness and stamina. We also incorporate plyometrics, so our players not only build on strength but also improve their agility and explosive power on the field. Players will also learn the principles of the game.

Our expert coaches are dedicated to creating a supportive environment where athletes can thrive, develop their abilities, and enjoy the beautiful game to its fullest.

What you can expect during the session?

Sessions begin with a warm welcome from our friendly team, ensuring every player feels valued and excited to participate. Once welcomed, participants are split into age-appropriate groups, allowing for tailored coaching that meets their developmental needs. Each session kicks off with a fun and engaging warm-up designed specifically for their age group.

Every week, players are introduced to new and innovative drills that focus on enhancing cognitive and technical skills, all of which can be seamlessly transferred into real gameplay.

What do we focus on?

What you can expect during the session?

My 9 year old son has been going to the weekly sessions at Big Bear for more than a year and looks forward to it every Saturday morning.

My son has developed his confidence and skill level playing football, and enjoys working with the great coaches and other kids. Most importantly, he has a lot fun in a safe, friendly and encouraging environment.
